Group, Move, Replace & Remove Buttons in Quick Panel - One UI 6.1

In One UI 6, the Quick Panel has been redesigned. In my opinion, four simple functions could be added to this section: grouping, moving, removing, and replacing buttons.
These four features are what I have shown in this concept to illustrate how Quick Panel can evolve and improve if they were included.
With the introduction of Galaxy AI, Samsung can provide these functions in One UI 6.1 or One UI 7, or it can be a separate App in Good Lock, but since it is not available in all countries, I think it should be part of One UI.
With this redesign, Quick Panel customization and personalization can be more convenient and useful.

Man I've been saying this since the 6.0 beta but we need an option to move the "blocks" and your concept is exactly what I meant. The default ordering just feels weird to me because the most important stuff is at the top
