2011 Ford Focus 1.6 SCTI Ecoboost Acceleration 0-214km/h

Drove the 182ps version at the weekend and I insta fell for it. Superb car; dash feels well screwed together, everything is plush and chunky, the driving position is excellent, gearbox is best I've ever used. Sitting in the car everything just feels right. I also drove the 1.0 125 and 1.6 TDCI but both felt a bit gutless. The 1.6 ecoboost was for me, punchy and sweet all the way to the redline. Great car :)

Hi, I know what you say about fuel consumption in this car, but is it possible to get 7-8l/100km with easy driving?? I'm thinking about buying 1.6 ecoboost and it's important for me to know something more about fuel consumption.

had the st mk2 stock have 1.6 eb 150... peeformance bo real life vig diff, soundwise st mk2 way better, but not in anything else really, the sheare 4l per 100km diff in consumption is HUGE

If I remember correctly, you had a Civic 1.8 ivtec before. Which one do you prefer? Is the Ford as nice to drive? I have the Civic, and I'm considering the Ford, though I'm not a fan of the look (mainly the interior). Has it been reliable for you? Thanks!
