Order cancellation is a big issue in Flipkart.

This is the reason i have stopped ordering anything from Flipkart, even though i never faced such an issue but i was in flipkart customer service, and i know how bad it is. They just train their employees to repeat the same lines and make customers believe the issue would get resolved but it doesn't. And this order cancellation is a legit thing, when you place an order with an offer, just keep this in mind that it's gonna get cancelled (reason: now that your offer got wasted as the product got cancelled, they'll make you order the same product saying that "if you order it within 10 days you'll get a gift voucher", but even after ordering it customers don't get gift voucher and their refund as well)
And for a refund, they'll confidently tell you that it's been initiated from the seller's end, but in reality it has not
That's how they play with their customers

Flipkart rejects bad reviews and posts only good reviews..I'm frequent online buyer and I noticed this when I post good reviews, it is posted immediately on application but when I post negetive review or bad reviews about my experience, they never post this reviews .. reason showing "moderation failed"

I think in Flipkart's upcoming big sale people should boycott them to teach them a lesson & write to them with their terms to remove those unwanted money deductions from every other section then only I think Flipkart would learn & improve themselves

Order cancellation is a legit pain on Flipkart and the main reason I never shop there unless it's a freaking exclusive. Bought my laptop about 3 years ago during the Big Billion Sale and the order got cancelled without my consent. After a couple of days of customer service lies and fighting, thanks to a friend who told me to keep fighting, they somehow completed the purchase. GG WTF, those days were painful! 🤬🤬🤬

One of the major issue is that they complete delivery without accepting otp from us on prepaid orders and keeps the product by themselves

Also that 69rs for "Secure packaging" even though it's the same normal box that has been using for packaging from a long time now

There is also an issue with their Open Box Delivery service, I had bought a fireboltt smartwatch a few days back that had a little gap between the glass and frame of the watch which was a manufacturing defect but they refused to acknowledge it and told me that it was a physical damage which I had failed to see during obd.Honestly, the gap was so little that it was only visible in low light conditions. After multiple calls and talking to the senior management for 5 days straight, they returned it didn't even replace as there was no option for it. So in obd you have to watch out for every little detail or it would be a nightmare afterwards.

Flipkart has recently become a platform for looting people. More and more consumers should come forward and talk about this on different platforms. It's high time we should come forward and register a complaint against Flipkart.

3:15 even Amazon is no less in order cancellation, especially due to their poor delivery service. The delivery agent doesn't call the whole day, and then it shows on Amazon that delivery has been rejected by the customer. That is some serious shit.

I used to be a fanboy of Flipkart then I myself started facing this issue and they really don't care about their customer anymore. They customer service is one of the worst in the kind.

You showed the courage among other tech creators to raise the pathetic service of flipkart these days. Other big Indian tech YouTubers should take the responsibility to highlight the issues faced by users on flipkart. They are now really losing faith among Indians who are cheated or harassed once. I also had a bad experience last time.

Flipkart also charges Rs.5 per order for Pay on delivery/ Cash on delivery.

Yes you shared a unbiased information about it, And it needs to be to aware people... I too Faced an issue of Asus Laptop which i purchased recently and Found it with heat issue, With in 3 days of delivery i Raised request for return, the product i purchased on 2nd july and raised return on 5th of the month but FK confirmed the return & Scheduled pickup date 20th july, But till now got no reponse to make return, when contacted them they say your return cannot be approved because brand has denied the product has no hardware issue and Cancelled the replacement. If they done want to give back the product and provide Refund why they mention "Return" option in orders page which no longer makes Sense.

Happened with me, ordered nechband for 1800, the neckbank delivered were of some local company and that too was not even working.
No refund/replacement done.
Could have bought iphone on BBD but its better to give 15k extra in shop for that instead of loosing 50k completely.

Mai bhi flipkart ka bahut purana customer hu aur plus member bhi hu. Mere saath bhi ese bade sare issues ho chuke hain. max issues solve to ho jate hai but dikkat bahut jyada hoti hai. Aur ajkal return policy bahut hi jyada buri ho chuki hai. Refund to ajkal bhool hi jao. I think after sales services Amazon ki kafi better hai flipkart se is time.

I had ordered an earphone but they delivered me a different third party earphones and when I had spoken to customer service they just banned my account . Stay Alert guys.
