My hair reduced falling out after I did these things. I used natural hair masks like avocado and yogurt. I avoided brushing my hair when it was wet to prevent it from breaking. Once a week, I massaged my scalp with hair oil. I cleansed my hair 1-2 times a week with liitleextraaa cocconion shampoo.

next hair video idea: the ingredients that cause hairfall or thinning of hair, or certain ingredients to look out for if you're facing a particular issue

Healthy hair honestly begins from within too. Eating right and drinking water makes a big difference. I also noticed that taking a multivitamin also made my hair grow after months of stagnation.

Thank you, Dr. Dray! I lost my husband suddenly last year, and haven't done anything "pampering" for myself. But I decided to try this on my naturally aging hair. Your link is the first link I have ever clicked on a video. I'm pretty excited to get my "function of lopez" shampoo, conditioner, and serum!

Having a water softener is a game changer both for your skin/hair and your appliances :)

Proud of myself for remembering so much of what you covered about hair in the past being I’m bald but at least I can comb my beard, eyebrows and as I call them teef! 🪥

I moved from an area that has 'soft' water to one that has very 'hard' water and it seriously dried my hair out resulting in very brittle hair that I’ve never had before in my 26 years of life! So look into how the water is in your area, a shower filter can make a huge difference.

Thanks for being inclusive and talking about textured / curly hair ❤️

Coconut oil on my hair (not scalp) has helped my hair so much. I’m not ready to stop coloring my hair, but the coconut oil and air drying are game changers.

I just made an investment in the Lilysilk pillowcase, cap, and eye mask. Can't wait for it to arrive. I'm trying to be more conscious of taking care of my hair.

I feel like I lose so much hair every time I wash it. My hair is healthy, I don't heat style, but it still scares me when I pull a wad of hairs out in the shower.

I have dated two guys throughout my life who both used the rain water using a cistern thing or whatever it’s called. Anyway taking showers in rain water (rural areas both times, not near any city’s) is the My hair and skin had never felt more amazing!!!! Now I want to shower in rain water all the time!

I get “micro” trims every 6-8 weeks depending on how the tips look. I have long hair down to my butt and I am 43 yrs old pushing 44. I don’t go to any fancy salons because that can be pricey. I pay $30 plus $ 6 tip. I also do not wear hair products and wash my hair 3-4 times per week.

I do have a thinning crown and widening part because I wore a super tight hairstyle for over 20 years and NO ONE ever warned me or advised me not to. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I do not blow dry at all. In the summer I might wear a serum but they never fully satisfy me.

I braid my hair (2-3 braids) after showers once it dries and it gives me the prettiest waves. If I have special events I just go get up-do’s at the salon which is super pricey.

as someone who MAY have had a small lockdown related breakdown and bleached and damaged their hair beyond repair then MAY have had to cut it (both at home because LOCKDOWN) this video could not come at a better time.

Good info, Dr Dray, applicable to all hair types. However, grey hair is a bit different. Can you address this topic, as well? Thanks for all you do.
