This is really a life-saving device! I got this as a birthday gift this year. I was told that during my sleep at night I keep pausing my breathing, so my bf just waking me up so I can move and breath well again. When I got this device, I was really amazed as I woke up in the middle of the night because this ring was keep vibrating when my oxygen dropped to 78 that leads me to be disturbed a while so I can be aware of my breathing. I love this ring!

Anything that can detect sleep apnea is fabulous. Great work Mr Ticks!

I bought this several months ago after having a sleep study and being diagnosed as having mild to moderate apnea. I wondered if one overnight uncomfortable session in a clinic was really representative of my sleep, so I haven't yet gotten the recommended BPAP machine. Instead, I have been monitoring my sleep every night for several weeks and am amazed at how variable the nights are. Some nights have significant drops with one or two that awaken me with a buzz, but most nights are very good. It helps me to figure out what factors during the day might affect my sleep, or whether my allergies might be affecting my breathing. For example, nose breathing results in a much better night than stuffy nose mouth-breathing. I really recommend at least several days of monitoring, as one night is not necessarily representative.
Another feature that has been useful is the ability to save notes and to share as a pdf. Looking at the pdf shows even more detail bout the night's events. You can also share the pdf if you choose. (little icons at the top right)

Good Review! Some missed features: Has audible alarm, in conjunction with vibrating ring, via cell phone, for heavy sleepers. If you press magnifying glass on chart screen, numbers appear on graph line, for precise reading. Sampling rate for O2 and heart rate, is every 4 seconds.

Hi! Thanks for the detailed video! Does the ring notify you via the app when your O2 drops? Planning to use this to monitor my grandmother’s oxygen during sleep, COPD. Thank you!

Does your phone have to actively be "awake" through the night or just "on"? I was confused by the instructions

Very nice product but here's my problem with it: im glad that you compared it to the SPOVAN Blade a $40 device that seems to perform just as well as the ring with the difference being that the ring monitors every minute while the Spovan tracks every 10 minutes (btw can you check if that's indeed the case, that it only reads oxygen every 10 minutes or if it just gives you data compiled every 10 minutes?) and the results seem very comparable. But the ring costs almost 5 times more than the band. (Its on sale for $135). I cant recommend the ring because of the price and its limited functionality.

Great review. One thing that I would like to know is can I disable Bluetooth while I use it and turn it on when I need to sync data?

Hopefully someone can answer this: I've been using ng the ring for a few days...I can access the info...Seems very accurate....but, I have yet to notice being awakened by the vibration...Even though my oxygen drops into the 70's several times nightly. I have it set on the strongest vibration setting. Any other info would be appreciated.

Wow an alert for this from Amazon just popped up on my phone and I go to YouTube and you’re reviewing it. Love this channel. This is a pretty neat device. On a CPAP machine so that feature doesn’t apply to me. Although I do like the other features it comes with. Great review.

My scores were damn near perfect every night using the res med 10 problem is I still felt tired all day. So I bought the ring and found out I was oxygen deprived. My pressure was 4 and 20 auto. I changed it to 14.2 and 18 and that took care of my problem.

How can I access the data remotely? On the app there is an option for "Add Other's Remote View" but how can I get the code to enter to be able to gain access to data? thanks.
