Why would doctors always assume a person who's "looking for pain killers" is healthy. That's not a normal thing to happen (and way rarer than doctor's think, but apparently everyone who's not a doctor is a low life weirdo to them trying to get something illegal out of them) and if a person does that, they still need to be treated, just by another kind of doctor. I just really don't understand the view they have on humanity when working in a field that has no other purpose than to help people - other than making them shit tons of money...

Why did it take 6 months of constant pain to find that source? I'm telling you, someone didn't do their job and there's numerous studies of the medical field (and psychology, too) not taking especially women's pain seriously. They always assume it's just some mild thing and doing every analysis to prove that conviction. For some, that's wasting time that they don't have.

Another blatant example of "get through with patients quickly & tell them to take meds instead of actually helping the patient before it's too late & the one that could save them has barely a day to redo all those other doctors jobs & has to be the last doctor to see the patient before they died."

I have a history of all sorts of head aches, but the local doctors and even the ones an hour out only know me by my mother who would and still will go to an ER for her precious narcotics fix....I've tried so many doctors and no one believes me because of her issues

Glad my doctors never think I'm being dramatic. None of my issues have been deadly but I'm high risk for hyperthyroidism bc of how high my metabolism is and we've had scares about the chance of diabetes. Luckily all tests have come back normal

It’s crazy how doctors denied her pain for six months telling her she just wants painkillers or a more likely more fucked up reason and I quote it’s just your period stop over exaggerating
