What about hba1c? - is that not a better measure than fasting anything since it gives an indication of sugar levels over a period of time rather than just at the time of the blood test?

Good, but doctors don’t give you the test unless your glucose level is high ! So if you are size medium and up, there is very good chance that you have high insulin level! 😅cut the sugar, alcohol start the Hacks!👍🏻

Biochemical reactions in the healthy human body are very complicated and co-ordinated. The major functions of insulin is activate GLUT4 however it has lot more functions to do 😂. One can not generalise like this, I think she wants to earn from you tube by showing her fancy talks 😂
