Decrease attack kept falling off because you opened with Iron Brago's a2 instead of a3, so he was only applying it on aoe2 and not aoe 1.
Additionally, if you have brago go second to last, and use a2 after aoe 2, then increase defense is on everyone at all times except skullcrusher for aoe1 (and he's unkillable, so doesn't matter)
This is the exact setup I use for my clan boss, works like a charm.
