Due to the recent changes with the Unity Game Engine Fees, and overall the lack of trust that they deserve after deleting their terms of service out of their github repositories, I would not recommend people to learn UNITY, I would actually recommend GODOT instead, it feels like Unity might just out of nowhere do a really bad action against any developer, it's better to be prepared and embrace other tools and be open to learn different skills.

Do NOT "put all the eggs in one basket", and only use ONE tool, you will be heart broken the moment they do something against your trust... LOVE Y'ALL 🐸

awesome video
with big question which engine is the best ?

I tried unreal engine as the first game engine for me to use
I used it for a year and a half
it is awesome (it isn't hard as they say and we don't use c++ as much as we use blueprints )
it has great graphics
but the worst thing in it is the project load times, compiling shaders, it isn't very good for low end devices

while I was using unreal, I was trying to know more about godot
and it is also awesome I felt like I do stuff in it faster
but I will wait to see godot 4
because it will make huge updates to the renderer and in-game performance

for unity I don't know, didn't try it 🙃

I am currently using godot, and I think I will stay with it for long time

Great video! I would implement communication, bug and annoyance categories though. For instance several built in solutions in Unity are pretty damn broken and unusable while others are stable but half-done. While Unreal Engine has a long compilation for shaders. So showing the bad sides of the Engines which all have tbh, would be probably very nice as well👍🏽
I for one haven’t seriously tried UE but Unity and I hate Unity for several reasons. I am sticking with Godot since you can see what has been improved and how and you can actually fix something yourself if you want which also helps the development of the engine. Unity is just a black box. And UE is open source but not sure if all of it is open source🤔

@2:35..for unreal engine 5% royalty after it cross 1 million dollar, which is hard to make for a indie game or small studios...A++ for unreal
