A quick exterior scan of the legendary Hotel Cecil in downtown Los Angeles where Elisa Lam was found in a water tank. It was also the temporary place of residence of a few murderers over the years. I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights from June 13 to June 15 and strange things have happened to me since then!

just use a big ladder to climb up the window & go inside open the door..
let others to go in..
walk around the whole 17 floors...
that what i would do?

why not just break down the hotel waste of space in that area.?
who own that hotel now 2021?
