The amount of bravery this took was INSANE. These people all had their lives in danger, but still decided to go through with the recovery for the sake of busting bad scammers. True respect *Strong widget!*
If the FBI was half as dedicated and ingenious (and honest) as you guys are, the USA would be a much safer country.
Amazing work!

First sign of a scammer is THEY ASK YOU FOR MONEY!
Don't do it!
I commend this woman cause she didn't have to do this and warn anyone. Thank you for that.

This is the most easily avoided scam, with just one simple safeguard: DON'T GIVE ANYONE MONEY. Period. And then you're safe from this scam.

You guys brought tears to my eyes seeing this. I hate what these scammers are doing to our citizens and no one was doing anything about it. Please keep up the good work *STRONGWIDGET* and I'm willing to be on the battle front of this madness.
You guys gave me hope for humanity. You are all absolute heroes. I saw a comment where someone said they should do tv award on you. Not only would people watch, they would be addicted to it. It would educate millions of people on Internet safety.

Her mistake was in thinking she was in a relationship.

According to most bank policies: If you VOLUNTARILY give your money to someone the bank will NOT reimburse you; REGARDLESS if you were scammed!!!

The scariest thing....it happens in relationships too not just dating apps. Financial abuse is real and very much a scam too

She didn't want to be a "one night stand or a notch in someone's bedpost" but she was willing to get used for money, and get conned out of $100, 000!!?? I think that is infinitely worse than those other options she was worried about.

The bravery you showed is nothing short of extraordinary. With their lives on the line, you fearlessly took on the challenge of retrieving their stolen assets from the fraudsters. Your actions command deep respect, *Stalwart-Redeem* If law enforcement operated with even a fraction of your commitment and creativity (and integrity), the USA would be a far safer place. Incredible work!

These women never talk to friends and family when the con artist starts asking for money. They come to you after the crap has hit the fan.

I'm well up in my 60s, when I was young pre/internet crimes like this were called " lonely hearts crime". I think this says it all. Nothing ever changes, just the magnitude.
