I find the funniest thing in 40k to be the Word Bearers spreading the religion on the Emperor being a God to all their worlds. Forced to watch those worlds be destroyed because the emperor didn’t want to be considered a god. Only for him to be considered a god and the religion to spread once more throughout the Imperium.
