That’s how I make chicken burgers too, slightly frozen chicken thighs, then cut up and put in a blender with salt pepper and smoked paprika. Then shape into patties and freeze for 30 minutes, before egg washing and breadcrumbing. Can either oven bake or shallow fry.

I can't agree on this one as a owner of a fast food place I'd recommend a commercial pressure fryer and a cut of fillet 🎉nonetheless majorly successful and most dishes are excellent I'm sure
