Best to add mirrored NC contact from the MCR to the reset circuit so you can check if the MCR is welded shut.

GREAT WORK. GO LITTLE SLOW. ALSO MENTION USE OF RESET. WHY RESET IS REQUIRED. IF BY SOME REASON SOMEONE OPENS ONE DOOR OF A MACHINE, OR HIT E STOP, THEN THE SUPERVISOR MUST KNOW THE REASON TO OPEN THE DOOR OR HIT E STOP. IF THE RESET BUTTON IS CONNECTED WITH A KEY TYPE PUSH BUTTON, AND IF ONLY SUPERVISOR HAS A KEY FOR RESET BUTTON, THEN IN THIS CASE THE MACHINE OPERATOR CAN NOT START THE MACHINE UNLESS, SUPERVISOR COMES TO MACHINE AND INSERT HIS KEY AND RESET. AND THEN DOCUMENT THE REASON OF HITTING E STOP OR OPENING THE DOOR. HITTING E STOP IS ACTUALLY SERIOUS MATTER. E STOP IS NOT LIKE AN ORDINARY STOP BUTTON. THIS IS A SAFETY. SOMEONE CAN LOSE LIFE. PLEASE EXPLAIN SUCH THINGS ALSO. ONE MORE THING, THERE IS NO USE OF OTHER CHANNEL FOR OUTPUT. GENERALLY TWO CHANNEL WITH TWO MCR IN SERIES ARE USED, REDUDANTLY FOR MORE SAFETY. IF ONE MCR CANT OPEN THEN THE OTHER WILL PROVIDE SAFETY. REST, THE VIDEO IS EXCELLENT.
