I never really was into skating but when I played skate 3 for the first time on the 360, I fell in love. Seeing people doing insane tricklines and crazy tranfers, there was no game like it at the time. Even now I cant really think of a skating game that had the same scale and freedom that skate 3 has when it comes to the stunts and tricks you can do. I cant wait to relive those moments in the next game.

im in the playtest right now and just to let everyone know the game is going in the right direction. song playlist is good, physics is good, rag doll animation is good, the skating chiefs kiss. it legit feels like a skate game, but it needs more time to cook so just wait and be patient.

Still playing skate 3 to this day too, hope the new one has a single player career, I’ve replayed the skate 3 career over and over again, was so fun, such a relaxing game to play

Honestly I'm more excited for this than I am GTA 6 lol. I hate that it's live service, but I think it can also help the longevity of it. Where Skate 3 only got a few DLC's with a set amount of content, such as boards, clothing, etc etc. This new game has the capabilties of having an almost endless amount of content added. I think there's going to be paid clothing brands (Adidas, Under Armor, DC, etc) and such you'll have to purchase. I think the always online and crossplay could make the competitive aspect of Skate better than the other Skate games, but I think it'll be lacking in offline and single player content. Regardless, I'm excited!

I hope this game doesn't lose the silliness of the old skate games. I barely played the story mode in skate3, I just liked launching my guy off of different platforms and ramps and watching the ragdoll physics do its thing.

Skate 3 was the first game my parents got me for my 360, still play it once in awhile, I probably won’t even put Skate 3 down when the new one comes out. I have high expectations for the new game and I’m afraid of being disappointed

Never played skate tbh but I‘ll probably give this a try. What I can see and what makes me happy for the community is that this seems like finally a development studio that actually cares about their fans. Because I think skating is such a community thing like in real life going skating with your friends, that I‘m confident they will treat that game like this as well which you can‘t say for other games like some hero shooter slops or whatever. Excited for the people that are looking forward to it and maybe I‘ll try it out too.

Considering they're dropping early access for the game, makes what you say at 4:35 very plausable. Full Circle are aware that a single player/offline mode is important, they probably didn't think it at first but if they're really about community requests then having an early access for the game kinda makes sense that they would drop the main game as "early access" while working on the career mode portion and release that later on as the "full release/1.0" version where it gets released on consoles and everything together. I really hope this will be the case, cause as cool as online only games sounded like 3 years ago, looking to the distant future they always end in some negative way, where games cease to be playable or whatever the case.

In addition to the cosmetics and stuff, I feel like a smart move would be to make the map and online element free, then monetize the story for like $20 if you want to buy it, because I’m sure many people, myself included, would pony up for that, and depending on the size of the dev team, this will give them a big boost in cash at the start, and then they can release DLC and new story installments as they want to

The hype is real fellas! I’m excited to finally play skate 4 man. I used to skate myself I grew up watching prod & Ryan sheckler, nyjah Huston, Chris cole etc. this game is going to bring back so many memories. I can’t wait to create many more
