Cassandra Rodriquez is an Operations Support Officer (OSO) in the International Space Station Flight Control Room at Johnson Space Center's Mission Control. Cassandra, also an astronaut trainer has been involved with nearly every Shuttle mission and ISS Expedition since 2004. Her duties as an OSO include being responsible for all Intra-Vehicular Activity (IVA) maintenance performed on the Space Station and also the mechanisms that keep the modules together and berth visiting vehicles to the Station. She is currently working on a project with the Robotics System Technology Group to develop training and operational products to upgrade the Robonaut onboard the station with legs.

What's wrong with this? It's nice to see hispanic people working for NASA. I'm always getting the white/asian/hispanics/african american disparity message and it's nice to see there are good things that could be said about hispanics. It's actually kind of encouraging.
