Actually, following Kirby logic instead of Smash logic, inhaling a Goomba would have the same effect as inhaling a Waddle Dee.

The simple answer is that Kirby wouldn't get a power at all, a Goomba has no skill, it's a common enemy.

It probably wouldn't give any ability. Kirby only gets abilities from things have HAVE abilities. Comparing a Goomba to a Waddle Dee, which gives no ability, I would say they are pretty similar. If anything, the Goomba is WEAKER than a Waddle Dee, as it is weak to stomping as well as Kirby's Inhale. So yeah. No ability. Unless you get the Crap ability.
