Thanks for the great videos! They have helped me get a 32 highest break in match play and 80 in the line up. I only bought a snooker cue 2 years ago, and I'm a top 3 player in my local club league.

I have a question about selecting the potting angle and focusing. I have a weak myopia/short-sightedness (just -0.75 right and -0.25 left) and I still struggle to pot thin cuts and half ball shots.

I try to imagine a dot or an edge as appropriate as the point furthest from the pocket on the object ball, but when I move back to the cue ball, it's hard to keep focusing on, and I'm often unsure that its the correct angle.

Wearing glasses feels a little unnatural, though it does make my eyesight clearer.


How important do you think having completely crisp eyesight is?
