How to make a super easy whole orange cake. Just put everything and blend them away, that's how easy this recipe is :). A very fast recipe to prepare with no time at all.

If you’re thinking of trying this recipe, then please READ THIS.

KEY:
- Use SWEET RIPE orange, not bland orange
- Don’t use orange with seeds
- Don’t use orange with thick skin
- Don’t blend the ingredients too long, just enough for the orange to be blended through

DON’T MAKE IT:
- If using this very simple method and you’re looking for a cake with similar texture like Victoria sponge cake or similar
- If you don’t like the natural bitterness of freshly squeezed orange juice

- It’s a simple recipe that only requires one additional task, whisking, and the result is guaranteed delicious with soft texture cake
- Only change 3 clementine zest to 2 orange zest for the cake
- If you want to go a bit further, make the sticky sauce also (you’ll not regret it). Replace clementine zest and juice with orange zest and juice.

Oh i love this cake, the strong flavor of oranges is delicious. I did this cake like 40 of them, to collected money for a person, her husband is facing lung cancer, and my church and me want to help to pay her rent . So I did just donated 5 of this recipe and it was very famous and people was calling to buy the orange cake and next I found my self baking lots of them with my husband and kids. I have tried this one tonight straight away after I found your video, . I did reduce a bit the sweetness because I don’t like when it’s too much sugar. I did not have self raising flour, instead I have used the plain flour with baking powder. The result is wonderful, tasty, spongy cake. I’m so pleased. Thank you for the recipe my dear. I will enjoy it tomorrow with a cup of Moroccan tea

This recipe is going in my FAVORITES! I had 3 sweet clementines sitting in my fridge, and decided to use them to make this loaf cake. Also, I LOVE orange spice tea. I experimented by adding the contents of one orange spice tea bag, and a teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice (US)/mixed spice (UK). SO DELICIOUS!!! And yes, ridiculously easy!!! Now I just need to make a keto version lol

Just made this - so easy, and came out very light & fluffy! I added seeds from cardamom pods on a whim, and that added another layer of aromatics. Being cautious I only used 6 small green cardamom pods; will use more next time! Looking forward to trying the Clementine loaf cake! 😋😋😋

Made this cake just today for my husbands birthday and used two eggs and it came out delicious and easy to make! Planning on making this again😋

Thank you for the easy instructions. We made 2 and they came out perfectly!
Update: We made another one on another day, because it was so delicious! We left out the orange peel, as it was a bit bitter (but still delicious), and sprinkled some castor sugar on top, while it was hot, for some extra deliciousness. This recipe is so easy and definitely a keeper!

I made this yesterday for a party. I made one slight change though, I only used half of the orange peel instead of the whole thing.
Anddd it turned out deliciousss. Everyone loved it! 👍 thank you so much for sharing

Made this yesterday, I was baffled by how well it turned out! Not too sweet, it actually works quite well with savoury toppings like salted butter or cream cheese

just finished making a batch of muffins, not with orange but with a mandarin. We freeze excess citrus and then when I need it I let it defrost and it makes it even easier to blend up...less strain on the old blender we have... The citrus makes the muffins so moist and the flavour is so nice....

Amazing recipe! Fantastic to use the whole entire orange! I used melted butter instead of oil. So incredibly delicious I also put a glaze on top- insanely delicious!
