Your point about packing clothes in your carry on is such a key point. Infact, I'd extend this to say that you need to pack ANYTHING you're going to need on Day 1 of your cruise in here. While this doesn't necessarily get you onto the ship any quicker, it does really help you to chill out once onboard!
