I’m a diehard halo fan 20+ years and I’ve been more excited for this.

I loved splitgate and am excited for splitgate 2. But, we cannot deny the enormous skill gap that was in the first game and WILL be in the second. I was able to hit some crazy clips using the portals in the first game but I had many friends who wouldn’t touch the game because it was “too hard”. No matter how polished the game is this is an inevitable issue that is very difficult to combat without making the good players worse with dumb patches and nerfs. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

tbh i played the alpha mode but i still prefer spltgate 1

2 plays NOTHING like halo. It's like apex legends lmao. Not halo at all. Nothing even remotely close. They ruined it with 2. It's way way way faster and lost that back and forth halo feel. Its just rushing around like cod or apex.

I think they need to take out guns and make melee options there’s no fucking point in having guns🤷‍♂️
