The fact that the Daily Wire copyrighted another content creator (DeadDomain) for them just simply reviewing the movie and calling out how bad it was, just from a film standpoint, lets you know who *really* are the sensitive ones.

I feel sorry for any professional film critic who had to sit through this. Bad comedies are the hardest things to write reviews for because at the end of the day, you're just trying to find different ways to say "This isn't funny."

They don't let "actual men" compete in women's spots. That is straight up saying that trans women aren't men which when you consider ben's obstanant stance that gender is binary is in effect admiting that trans women are women.

As a cis woman the obsession with trans women is bizarre to me. Also they don’t care about women’s sports, or women getting sexually assaulted unless it’s to bash trans women. These are the same people who call women liars when they accuse a man that they like. Trans women aren’t sexually assaulting cis women in bathrooms. That would be cishet men.

Funny thing actually, ben shapiro himself said that he originally wanted it to be a documentary, but surprise surprise, none of that actually happens in the real world so they had to make it a "comedy" if you could even call it that

The takeaway I got from this video is "not only are they bigots, but they also have no clue how to make a movie"

The most funny part of this whole thing, was Ben Shapiro admiting that the daily wire wanted to make it a documentary, but they found that womens sports don't even allow men to compete, and couldn't find any men willing to take the hormones and surgeries for the length of time to meet the requirements for trans women to compete. When they realized they couldn't make a documentary, they decided to make it a "comedy" instead.

In otherwords, it's a fictional "comedy" acording to Ben Shapiro himself.

The sad thing is, in the 90s especially, this could be a set up for a real comedy. Men, adult cis men, in bad wigs absolutely dominating women's sports being shown as a farce while nobody cheers could work. It would even be a good jumping off point for discussions about trans inclusion in sports. This, however, isn't parody of the absurd perceptions in real life. This seems more akin to that annoying "you're so stupid" thing where the person "insulting" you says you're so stupid in the stupidest way possible.

Movies like "shes the man" rodney dangerfields "ladybugs" or "juwanna mann" would have a lesson learned at the end of the movie, something as simple as its not ok to lie to get what you want, women can be much stronger than you think, sometimes hard work and playing as a team are more important than selfish things... but something tells me in this movie the only lesson to be learned is that its ok to be a transphobe or a biggot, men are stronger than women, and lying to win competitions is ok too

It's a good reminder that they entirely consist of people who failed out of the entertainment industry and they want to pretend they're real filmmakers.
