How TOUR PROS Approach the GREEN || Course Management

In this video, Adam teaches you how tour pros approach the green. Adam recently caddied for the US Open Low Amateur Travis Vick and their strategy was to eliminate the trouble. What does that mean? When approaching the green, you need to find the shot that will get you closest to the hole with smallest amount of risk. A fader of the ball? Aim to the left side of the pin and watch the ball come back.

In the second half of the video, Adam teaches you how to gain connection in the golf swing by using a head cover. For many golfers, the arms tend to rise up in the back swing which will cause unsynchronized down swing. Keep the body, hands and club in alignment and watch how much of an improvement you'll gain.

Definitely will incorporate going for the center of the green more when further out. Didn’t realize I was pin seeking every pin no matter the yardage, hopefully this will help minimize errors. Thanks Adam!

Great vid as usual. Helped to clarify some finer points regarding connecting arms & body. Thank you.

good to see someone who has the same downswing move as myself and your saying it was a pure shot.

Be nice if you can do a video with your student Brianna Navarrosa when she gets back from her tournament. What helped her get there, how she managed her game. Thanks

I've heard stories about TP's picking quadrants to hit. Basically cutting the greens into 4 pieces.

Can you make a video on bunker cause sometime our ball seems unable to avoid them.

Just watching espn + and seeing the announcers saying Arron Wise took too much club on #5 at the Honda classic. It’s 200 yards with water front and pin is a few paces off the front. Wise hits it pin high but rolls out for a 30’ putt. These announcers are telling us it’s better to bring water into play and be short sided to risk getting the birdie instead of taking what the course gives ya. I watch golf with the volume off a lot to not get any bad tips.
