Philadelphia stores looted by 100+ masked teens

Police and witnesses say groups of teenagers swarmed into stores in Philadelphia’s Central City on Tuesday night, stuffing plastic bags with merchandise and fleeing.

Well, it is what they do. This is not a shock to anyone. This is what most people have come to expect. Now if you told me, these same thieves all went to school or were gainfully employed THAT would shock me.
