Phoenix PD has released surveillance video in connection to the disappearance of Julie Concialdi. On Sept. 4, 2020, at about 11:00 P.M. Phoenix PD responded to a vehicle fire in the area of 20th Avenue and Monona Drive. Police were unable to contact the car's owner, Julie, to inform her about the fire. Julie's family reported her missing on Sept. 6, 2020. Julie is still missing and police suspect foul play. The surveillance video, from Sept. 4, does not show the car fire, but a loud explosion can be heard and light from the fire can be seen.
