Me and my husband were on staff at a Church for 20 something years and we were taught when someone leaves the Church we were not to socialize with them anymore because that would be dishonoring our Pastor, well we finally left and nobody on staff has spoken or reached out to us after working side by side with them for many years but that's ok because that's why we left because of this exact behavior. I pray that one day the scales will be removed from their eyes and they will leave that ministry 😢
