I have a 16T2 Touch monitor from AOC. My motherboard has a Thunderbolt USB-C port offering 36W maxim power, video signal and USB data, all using just one USB-C cable. I connect the motherboard Thunderbolt to my monitor using the original cable received with the monitor and I can receive the video signal and touch input but the problem is with the power. When the original USB-C cable is plugged into both ports, the monitor displays the charging light but if the battery is not already charged the monitor simply turn off after the battery is discharged, in other words the monitor depends on the battery to function is not powered throughout the USB-C cable. On the right side of the monitor I have a charging switch on top of micro-HDMI port. When I switch off, I simply can not use the monitor, pressing the button battery voltage it display the green light but the monitor never turn on. With charging switch turn-on scenario, even if I use 2 USB-C cables plugged-in both USB-C ports of the monitor (one for charging one for display and touch) I can not use the monitor to work with it 10 hours continually, as a normal monitor. So how AOC USB-C monitors improve my way to work ???? What is advertised as a nice and simple technology is simply a disaster in reality!!

You need to add more hot keys to osd, and add an option to disable the power led.
