Saw the cops there this morning. So sad. Drivers always speeding here, regularly see car accidents.

Hey I have an idea put speed bumps every six feet in every lane all across san Jose and vertical reflectors all over the roadways, or better yet bring back the no jay walking law for those who dont know, it is now legal to jay walk there is no fine or ticket
