the thing about misery business being mysogynist is that all-male bands of the era wrote about literally killing their ex girlfriends... literal child hayley williams gets a pass

The "let's hope this is the last major change to the band's lineup" running gag was great.

Calling B.O.B a "reluctant globe trotter" is a Top 5 joke from this channel, and that's saying something

“Despite having as many farro’s as an empty egyptian tomb”. This joke had me dead. People pls acknowledge mic’s humor.

I'm glad that you too are in the "I heard 26 right as I got out of college and was kind of anxious about my future so this was a really comforting sentiment" club, because SAME MY GUY SAME

Paramore as a band seems to constantly release albums at major transition periods in my life and those albums are always what i needed to hear. Brand New Eyes came out when I started high school, and their self titled dropped right as I was moving. After laughter came out when I transferred to a bigger university. I always associated those albums with the comfort they brought me. Edit: new Paramore album announced right as I’m graduating Graduate school and planning my career. The trend continues lol

Now we gotta add This is Why... I am in love with their new album. The sound, the lyrics... they never miss. I'd recommend anyone to watch the Zane Lowe interview about This is Why... Hayley is such a breath of fresh air.. I love her willingness to discuss mental health issues, grief, depression, etc and just be overall vulnerable.

Mastering Misery Business on expert on Guitar Hero is probably the thing I'm most proud of in life.

I cried when they won that grammy for "ain't it fun." I was so happy for them. They worked so hard for their success and I get it. A Grammy shouldn't be everything one should only focus on but to see the smile on Hayley's face when she found out they won that award. = priceless

Fun fact, Hayley Williams was also a professional tennis player who won 7 Grand Slams! Not bad for the composer of the Star Wars / Harry Potter / Spielberg movies soundtracks.

My favourite Paramore song has got to be Ignorance. A lot of people seem to choose songs that resonated with them the most, and while I feel that way about Pool and The Only Exception, Ignorance just bops too hard for it to not be my favourite.

i grew up with an emo kid who loved paramore and honestly, hayley's voice just is such a comforting sound. also hate to see your heart break is one of the most painful songs i know, yet it just is so so so good

To anyone who thinks Haylee Williams isn't one of the greatest singers of her generation: here's hoping their next album is called Brand New Ears, because I'd like you to have some.

Paramore seems quite happy with where they are these days. They all have their own things they do on the side and come together when the time feels right. I think having their own separate projects really helps the feeling of being overshadowed by Hayley, when that’s just inevitable when it comes to her presence in every way. Zac has his shining moment with halfnoise (great band btw) and while Taylor doesn’t really seem to want that, he does do his own producing stuff.

Leaving the band is one thing. Accusing your former bandmates of sacrelige is another.
