Great idea but the steps in adding the ingredients are all wrong. Toast the fideos first. take it out of the pan. then brown the meat really nicely and take it out of the pan. then add the onions and really caramelise them with some garlic. then it would be good to add a little pimenton dulce and a little chopped tomato. stir and then add the broth and then add the toasted fideos back into the pan. gentle stir so the fideos are evenly distributed in the pan and then leave alone to cook.
