As a ectomorph myself it’s a blessing and a curse being lean is a given but building muscle took years of commitment once you build muscle you look the most aesthetic and proportionate.

I had no idea how much low testosterone affects motivation until I read ‘You Are Stronger Than You Think’ by Borlest. It really helped me get going, and now I feel great

Being an ectomorph is a blessing to the ones who are truly committed and love working out as we will get the best results after the adversity and struggles

The #1 benefit of being a ectomorph you can eat literally anything and not gain weight

Guys you don’t need to be 200lb ! 🤦‍♂️I’m 160lbs all muscle if you saw me in person you would swear I was 190lb just looking at my physique

Yeah, as an ectomorph, I agree with this, I’m actually a fitness model. I have people tell me that I don’t have enough muscle, yet they’re always either fat, or out of shape and then they want to tell me about how I look.

4000 calories is wild. I’m a naturally skinny guy at 6’3-6’4 who’s been bulking and I haven’t even had to go up to 4000 calories yet.

Bruce lee was an ectomorph. He was only 135lb, and looked amazing. You also have a good physique bro👍

W video bro. Needed a video like this because it’s true. You get sold dreams thinking you can achieve certain bodies goals when really it’s just unrealistic. You can still look aesthetically pleasing though

Slightly chubby endomorph guy here, just started working out/cutting and I feel my best/most confident when wearing fitted clothes. I feel like I look decently big even though I just started exercising.
So tips for endomorphic guys; wear well-fitted clothes, NO BAGGY.
Once you do, you get more looks, especially from ladies.

I'm an ectomorph.
I was 6 ft tall in junior high and I weighed 130 lb and I had a 28 and 1/2 in waist.
I lifted weights my whole life since I was 13 years old. I'm 51 now. I got up to 230 after lifting for 20 years but I was at a body fat of like 25 or so percent.
I had to eat so much food 5, 000 plus calories a day to get there.
I was having so many food issues. Acid, reflux, stomach problems, autoimmune issues.
I went on to a carnivore diet 2 years or so ago and even though I'm eating 3, 000 calories plus a day I couldn't stop losing weight until I got to 175 lb. I added yogurt and whey protein into my diet along with hamburger, steak, fish, eggs and butter. Heavy cream in order to get up to 180 lb. And now I float between 177 and 179 lb. Most days I have wrists that are under 7 in and my ankles. I forgot the size but they're small too. I have narrow shoulders. I looked big when I was in my thirties when I weigh 228 lb but my waist was 39 in.
It wasn't healthy weight and I feel a lot better now, but I went from wearing a 2X to a large shirt and from 36 jeans to a 31 again lol.

Oh by the way I ran truck and I was good at it.
40 m wasn't my run. 50 and 100. I was untouchable though and I could slam dunk a basketball even though I couldn't shoot a free throw to save my life

I hit 6 ft and 1/2 in at my peak and then I lost a half inch over the years from heavy lifting. I might actually be under 6 ft now by a quarter inch or so even

Ectomorph is so much more of a blessing than an endomorph. I’ve only been eating once or twice a day right around 2000 to 2400 calories a day for 3 or for years and stay around 250 even working out 5 to 6 times a week. The smallest I’ve ever been as an adult is 190 when I was in college and had to eat 950 calories a day most of the week and workout/do cardio 3 to 4 hours a day for 5 to 6 months to get to. I can put on muscle so easily, but it sucks so much that I work so much harder than other guys at the gym but and have to diet so strict to be a lean build. But even lean you are still much larger than everyone else and muscle don’t necessarily fill out your frame. Trust me if you’re an ectomorph, enjoy it. A small lean build is so much easier to manage.

Personally I don't believe that any person can't achieve the body type they dream of. It would only take A. Alot of hard work and 2. Knowledge.
I believe the "everyone has their own body type" is one of the biggest misconceptions ever. I admit I have victim weight lol but I always have had difficulty achieving the gains I wanted. It was only years and years later when I learned about how posture affects body development. The cold hard truth is that if a person does not destroy their old gimped out body full of muscle atrophy and imbalanced muscles where smaller strings of muscles are compensating and being over worked due to other musles not being used. Bones grow from muscle use. Any way it has been a journey and will continue to the end of my life. I have noticed my legs getting thicker from running and practicing Muy Thai kickboxing and posture fixing movements along with basic weight lifting. Everyone is learning how to control and use the body and it will always take a lifetime to master. Once we have more understanding about the human body we are old.

2:10 I believe you're wrong Austin. The more weight you put on, the bigger your frame.

That's just because bone mass adapts to the amount of mass you're pulling around although slowly comoared to muscle. If you were to bulk to 200lbs, your wrists may still be the same weight, yes, but over the course of a few years your wrists and ankles and skeletal frame overall will become bigger and denser.

You CAN go from an ectomorph to an endomorph and vice versa, you just have to bulk or cut.

Source:trust me bro
Look up "does muscle growth also grow the size of bones" some reddit guy explained this with some studies 🤓☝🏽

Being an ectomorph is never bad. I actually got more chicks at my skinniest. But I get more respect from other men and feel better about myself being over 190lbs.
