I’m currently using an iPhone 6 in 2023 and it’s a very old phone. But man I really want the SE 2022. I love this form factor and I really love using the Touch ID home button. Honestly I don’t even care if the battery life even on the SE 2022 is bad because I anyways use an iPad mini 6 more often anyways. Plus the A15 bionic chip means it’ll last many years to come. 👍

I upgraded from my iphone7 that I’d had for years as I like the small phones . The SE3rd generation is exactly what I want and have no problem with the battery life at all. Great phone !!

I owned this iPhone SE 2020 when it first released and I was happy with everything except battery life. It got around 4 hours a day screen on time which barely got me through a day at work. My brother owned an iPhone SE 2022 and he said that phone got between 5 and 5 and a half hours of sot on average. If I were buying an iPhone SE model, I'd definitely pick the SE from 2022. My vision dims with each year so I just bought a refurbished iPhone 11 because while the processor isn't as new as the SE 22, it is a bigger screen. The SE 22 was around the same price as the 11 and has 5g but only had touch ID and I'm kinda used to face ID. Overall, I think most people that are looking to buy a budget iPhone should get the 11 or even the 12 if you can afford the price difference.

Thanks for the video sir. I’m using the SE 2020 and I really like this phone. I have an iPhone 11 but it’s a little too big for my hands. I have no issues with the battery because I’m confined to a wheelchair with an onboard phone charger. Keep moving forward with your channel and I’m subscribing now. Just remember don’t use loud obnoxious music in your videos. Not everyone likes the type of music played on YouTube videos. I will not view videos with horrible music playing in the background. Greetings from Reynosa, Mexico.

Just upgraded from SE 2020 to iPhone 14 last month, Jan 24. Really liked the retro feel with home button and compact form. However, you said it, the battery was not good. For past year I had to run it in low power mode the whole day. Great video with good summary of this phone!

The more I use it the more I get used to it, it reminds me of the time when phones used to fit in my pocket. Cause now even the cheapest phones are huge.

My brother got the third gen SE a few months after I got my 13 mini, and I was shocked at how bad the battery life was for him. He kinda assumed it was normal to have to be constantly charging it, until I told him how long my battery lasts... in a phone that is literally smaller. His battery health is already at like 80% too whereas mine is older, yet at 97%. Idk what's up, and idk why Apple had to put such a horrible battery in it

I had the iphone 7 for the longest time and loved it. but it was running a bit slow for me at times so when I wanted to upgrade I saw the new iphone went away with the home button and I hated that. When the SE 2020 one came out I jumped on it. Everything I loved from the 7 but with updated insides. I loved it!!

I had this phone too. I got 2nd Gen one. I agree with you, the battery really sucks, The only work around I have with this one is having a Powerbank. I make 2-5 charges per day with the 2020 SE depending on the usage. The thing I love with the SE is its screen size and its ability to do one-handed gestures.

Ahh this is the 2020 version? It was hard to tell until like 2 minutes in when you posted 2nd gen on screen with the price. I was thinking this was a third gen review with the release date lol. I'm looking for 3rd gen content but fully watched this as it was a very well put together video. Totally agree on the design and functionality too. My phone is not a spaceship I need to pay 100$ a month for lol.

Yeah... my mom bought a pre owned iPhone SE 2020. Everything was great except for the battery life. Hers was at 85% when she bought it, and she was aware of that. She returned it only a few weeks later. I would have loved to have gotten an SE, but the battery life is the biggest gripe for me.

As a first time user, I waited for the SE 2022. I was also looking at the 13 mini but with money I saved, I bought an Apple Watch. Bearing in mind my very first purchase for my introduction to the ecosystem was to get an I pad mini 4. All work well and I don't regret my choices.
