Awesome of Valve to include gyro's in the Steam Deck, not really sure how many other handhelds do as well. Perfect for emulating Wii U games (plus the Gulikit Hong Kong 2 controller has a gyroscope as well as the Hall Effect joysticks).

FYI, if your test fails, reboot your Steam Deck and try again. It should work.

for those only seeing this now who installed dsu through emudeck, for SOME reason you need to set the gyro to something before it'll work in game (just set it to right joystick and always on since its never actually used it'll just be the gyro) very weird how installing the gyro dsu through emudeck itself causes such an issue but hey heres the solution

I did all the steps and then redid them just to make sure.

The button for gyro does not appear.

Why did I have to download the first files before Hook if they are not being used?

I can't figure out what's wrong and can't get the gyro to work. I originally use Emudeck to get gyro and it didn't do anything. I tried going to configure, control, touch/motion, and test and it says it worked but it doesn't. Then i followed your guide and copied the github and used konsole then the same steps and that didn't work either.

Hello, I was wondering if you knew of any good mods that let you play legend of zelda oot 3d with only the top screen, I like the 3d one because of the 4K mod, but I never really liked DS or 3DS emulation on a PC because I always felt like it needed 2 screens, but I would like to play OOT 3D if there is a mod for top screen only
