The variant is same as the new L'Oreal Excellence Ash Supreme series that is currently launched in Asia Pacific mainly my country Indonesia as the Excellence hair colors launching a new pack with new formulation with gentle ph shampoo & nourishing mask. The Excellence Ash Supreme variant has a same as this variant that made for Asian especially my country (Indonesian) hair, the variant is visibly in dark hair color.

she has warm toned skin so ultra cool tones do not actually flatter her complexion

This product relies on the added shampoo and conditioner for the cool effect too much which feels scammy like they want you to buy those products. You're worth better then this. Id advise going to a Sally and getting their cool inforced professional line and a developer you need to get the actual cool shade you desire/need. I love loreal but as a former hair dresser I can say I cant believe that this product made it through testing. It might pass when you just finished but after a week when the conditioner and shampoo wear off you look orange.
