One suggestion: when placing gathering points (Scavenger hut/Woodcutter/etc.) You get a lot more efficiency by placing it as close to the resources as possible. The settlers make way more trips between the resource and the building than they do between the building and storage.

I've been playing this since it came out in early access on Epic. And it is so good! There's an excellent mix of meta progression, time crunch, and roguelite elements. Honestly this is one of my favorite games of recent memory.
