This session will present a case study of a large, urban campus with diverse stakeholders endeavoring to advance student outcomes and organizational culture through comprehensive emersion in skill building for emotionally intelligent behavior. The roadmap for this process will be shared to support fellow higher education practitioners and leaders in growing EQ at their institutions for greater effectiveness. The intent is to spark imagination and insights that will assist institutions in developing their own, context-specific took-kits for scaling EQ learning throughout their organizations. The case study will address curriculum development, student peer-to-peer support, faculty development, and leadership formation.
