This video was supposed to be upper ball joints replacement and inner tie rods and outer change. But it end up changing the bottom ones which the dealership has done earlier of last year due to a recall. The bottom ball joints have less then 3,000 miles on it when changed and the damage done to my vehicle. I have replace them with Detroit axle ones that already many miles on them with no issue. We talk to the dealership with no solution in sight. Damaged already has been done, we fixed it in 14 hours, driving back and forth for parts. So far I don't trust dealership for one reason is they put my life and my family at risk. And as for jeep products I'm skeptical because someone approved this ball joints for a vehicle that ended up in mind.

What was the sign that your ball joint went bad? My car makes a popping sound when I turn left. I think it might be my ball joints too.
