When anyone in the military tells you "Don't worry, he made it out okay." and edited the video so you can't see the outcome... It means the guy died or is certainly now quadriplegic...

Hi
The jumper is wearing 3 parachutes instead of the 2 normally worn. This is the intentional cutaway maneuver. The jumper opens the first main, counts to ten. Then cuts away one riser. Falls under malfunction for 10 seconds, then cuts away the other riser. Returns to freefall. Counts to 5, and pulls the real main. 10/10/5 He also has a real reserve.
