The real reason he moved to Romania:
Andrew was accused of assault a former worker of his webcam studio in England, she had appeared to the studio intoxicated and threw up on the floor. Andrew had requested she left the studio but refused so Andrew had to direct her to the front door, where he shoved her out

The woman then later went to the police and filed an assault against woman charge against him where he was immediately arrested. The court proceedings went on and he was declared innocent due to the report that the woman has filed and the details it contained of what Andrew did to her was exaggerated and rather false.

Andrew had moved to Romania under the belief that he would not undergo something like this again, due to Romania's legal system requiring immediate evidence to be put forth to attain an arrest warrant.
