The only reason that the Baltic states might be next on the menu would be their own represive and discriminatory legal policies for over three decades against the sizeable Russian minority in all three countries. The Latvians are the worst of them and should be first country on the list due for a visit from the representatives of their larger neighbor. None of this ever needed to happen, if only calmer wiser heads could have prevailed post 1991, everyone could live in peace.
