The "short paragraph" at 6:12 in this Video is a strong reference to the Code of the Sith (Star Wars), which was presented in the Videogame "Knights of the Old Republic" from 2003. There it says... :

As someone who was on the internet back in early 2000s, (used YouTube at the age of 7) I’m grateful that I accidentally didn’t type goggle instead of google. I feel bad for all the mistyping by young children or elderly during that time period. The website weirdly sounds familiar but I don’t remember hearing about it
Edit: thinking about it, I think I remember typing in google and goggle showed up as a search result from others people’s mistakes

The first one, holy crap! Imagine send a request for a hitman in a moment of fury, desperation, drunk, drugged etc. and then realized you used your real name. You now sit on hot coals for the next couple of years, hoping that no one will actually read your request, that the site will just shut down. And then after years someone DOES read it and you are going to prison. Damn.
