I held on to upgrades, ,got 3 ultras from star chests and all my characters became super except penny and tank .

I wish they give 2/3 star tokens for classic and super, but in reality they both just give 1. I just got 4 classic Max with 4x chest multiple, and guess what, converted to 4 tokens coz I maxed out

But I'd also love a reduce maybe 300 for 1 chest! It will be better!
