Would You Go For The Secret or Safe Mystery Box? | MasterChef Canada | MasterChef World

This is a special Mystery Box Challenge! Home cooks can choose between two boxes: one clear box containing potato, squash, pork chop and maple syrup, and an opaque box containing unknown ingredients. Home cooks who chose the secret (opaque) box will have a full one hour to cook, but those who choose the safe (clear) box must wait for the clock to tick down to 45 minutes.

That's actually something amazing about Chef Alvin. Started being a professional chef in his 40's and is now one of the most well known chefs in the world and starring in MC.

It's really inspirational and should be a further example that age is not a factor against your dreams or your success.
