Want to be found disabled for Social Security Disability Insurance, or Supplemental Security Income? The largest collection of tutorial videos on how to win your fully favorable SSI and SSDI benefits exists right here:

Howdy guys, my name is Attorney Walter Rudolph Hnot, III. New Jersey born, MBA, JD, Master Mason and a tireless advocate for the homeless and low income who are seeking disability benefits. It's simple, if you are within the law's requirements for disability benefits, you get a check every month, and health insurance. No, it doesn't include a new iPhone, house or cool car, but, with your SSI/SSDI disability backpay, you can potentially get those things...with your own disability money :-). I created this channel because of how many crazy things I was hearing out in the general public on how this system works. I did library seminars, academia seminars, food truck seminars (which I prefer), etc...The online video platform is the best way to reach the majority of you guys.

I have been trying for disability and SSI since 2004 for herniated discs, degenerative spine, arthritis and depression. I can't afford to go to all these different doctors and have different procedures done to satisfy the SSA and the ALJ. I can barely afford to go to my primary doctor twice a year for my meds to be refilled and a steroid/cortisone shot. I'm waiting now to have a phone hearing in March. I have tried with and without an attorney and failed. I have an attorney now and I'm praying that I will receive my SSI, I really need it.

When I went through the process, it was common practice to get two rejections then get a hearing set. Then when I went in the attitude was …well you’re very young to be disabled. I said, I beg your pardon, I didn’t choose these illnesses. By the way, I just got a diagnosis for breast cancer.
They approved me. What is interesting is that I did research and found that prisoners were given attorneys to fight their cases for free. This being for any ailment including alcoholism. This made me furious. Especially since I as well as many people I knew had significant medical conditions. It took me 2.5 years to get approved. And if you’re working because you cannot afford to to work…forget it. No approval.
My mother who was in a horrible car wreck, in the hospital paralyzed. Social security denied her sending her a letter stating there were jobs she could find to do in her condition. When it was pointed out by whoever had initiated the claim that she had no use of her limbs at that point, they finally approved her.
They seriously need to revamp the system. It’s ridiculous.

Believe me i really know that these MF is really a rip off i was in a eighteen wheeler accident and it still took 12 years before those SB approved me like really.

I'm 59, closing on on 60 in 4 months, I first filed for disability in January due to lower back issues as well as leg pain issues, both that have kept me from bending and picking up more than 20lbs, sitting and standing for more than 15-20 minutes, and walking long distances as i have to stop approximately every 2-3 city blocks, because the pain would kick in. I have had injection to my back as well as back surgery to kill the nerves but i continue to experience pain in my lower back a also have arthritis in my hips and lower back and have been treated for the past 1.5 years and have been going to physical therapy. I was denied and, so I appealed the decision and I hired an attorney this time around. I was denied the appeal and now my attorney filed for a hearing this past week. The information you provided is great an I'm hoping i fall into the 59/60 year old with 10th grade drop out Grid, but my work skill set was supervising people, paperwork, timesheets, account management, etc. Is what im unsure of at this time. Any Thoughts?

I'm sitting at the 5 month mark waiting myself, I really hope it's not too much longer.

My first decision took 14 months just for a denial. I'm doing the paperwork for your firm. Hopefully you can get it through.

I can save you watching the video . The only and I mean only reason SSDI or VA disability denied your claim or claims is bc the longer the money sits it builds interest!!! The trust that pays SSDI or VA depends on interest to make money, the longer that money sits it builds !! That is the only reason your claim is denied until they can not deny it anymore.

Going on 10 months now with an MS diagnosis. Coping with it the best I can. When my function gets too impaired at work, I just go to the breakroom and go on "strike". All I can do is clock in and do the best I can do. When I can't I just can't.

This is not complicated. If they wait long enough, you might die---and SSA wins. I know someone going into year 3 waiting on an initial decision.

Mine took a year and it was approved, close to 40 years ago. They had all of the records because I provided them. I was young and stupid. I was also married and not emergency. If it were today, I would be crippled and on the street. ✌

I first applied in early 2021 and finally had my ALJ hearing with my attorney last month, Dec 4.
My attorney said to expect about 3 to 4 weeks. This judge is good about being on top of things, normally, as i understand.
Still waiting for a decision. Checking my SSA account 20 times a day. I'm assuming that all of the holidays and everything are probably playing into the delay.

Every day that goes by, i feel more sick to my stomach that ill be denied. Everything is riding on this, my well-being, my life. I simply wouldn't survive the homelessness that's looming in my horizon.

I hand carried my medical records from the VA to ss and they still stalled and gave me exuses that they were still trying to get medicai documents from the VA. I said i hand carried these documents to my lawyer. Be honest man they do this on purpose. I checked again a month later and ss told me they called the the va to request for more documents i immediately called the va records division which i have access to and thet told me no one has requested any documents but me. Thats when i knew ss were liars

I had my hearing for SSDI on October 30. On December 22nd I saw on my SSA account that the judge completed his review, and it was sent to the SSA for final non medical review. I'm not sure if that is good or bad. I guess I will have to wait for the letter in the mail.

What does it mean when they keep saying they are processing your medical records
