Does cortisol also make our face puffed? How to lower cortisol levels to avoid diabetes? actually most members of my family have diabetes and I am working my best to prevent it.

Im sorry if this is a stupid question but how does the cholesterol become cortisol? Explained in 1:26 ? Also, Is it LDL? HDL? Does that mean your cholesterol decreases?
