I installed this on my 2024 Denali 6.2 and the truck would shut off at low speeds in traffic. I followed all instructions and checked all fittings again they all feel tight. The engine code it set off is P0121. I reached out to S&B they asked for pictures to prove it was installed correctly but have no additional information to solve the problem

The blow by tune is next to the MAF very bad the blow by tube should be after the MAF

Had an S&B on my 2018 Cummins (deleted) got a 2023 6.2 and had to throw this on

Why in the world would they put the PCV so close to the MAF sensor?? That makes zero sense.

I installed this on my truck and everytime I accelerate it makes a deep growl noise from the intake any ideas of what it can be?

I noticed the kit has 2 stepdown couplers and only one was used. My kit is the same way do you know the reason for the 2 couplers?
