I just purchased a redo on a 1999 club car. I noticed when someone is sitting in the back the body will rub on the tire when turning. Do you have any suggestions on how to fix this. Will new shocks make a difference?

I have a 2017 Yamaha gas golf cart. Sometimes when you press the gas pedal the brake releases and nothing. Then all of a sudden it goes. A hesitation totally. Makes no noise as if the key is off then it kicks in. I live in the villages Florida where the golf cart is your main means of transportation. So it is kinda a safety issue when you cross a street. They changed starter switch did nothing. Help would be greatly appreciated
