When it comes to proper nutrition there will be times where you'll need or want to change the brand or formula in your pet's diet. Reasons for change include the age of your pet, a medical need to gain or lose weight, follow a specific diet, bringing a new pet into the home, or simply for the sake of variety.

Transition to the new food slowly - going too quickly could lead to upset stomachs. You should never give your pet a full bowl of the new food on your first day. Instead, over a period of 7-10 days mix an increasing percentage of new food in with the old.

Monitor the transition closely and if your pet refuses to eat the new food, or experiences vomiting, diarrhea, or constipation, slow down the rate at which you're switching the food. If problems continue, consult your veterinarian.

Something extraordinary happens when pets and people connect. A unique bond is formed that results in something powerful, not only between pets and people, but in a way that makes the world a better place. Our promise is to nurture that relationship completely - mind and body.
