what I found when I read it is Jesus was a true Jewish heir to the throne of David while Herod was an imposter installed by Rome, which just goes to show Christians don't actually read the bible like a book, rather pick and choose what they wanna see

With real grace, you feel disturbed and uncomfortable for not living as God expects. It is not an excuse or permi to commit wrongdoing because by grace, you are or will be forgiven again. Rather, you feel tormented when you fail to live by God's laws or in accord with God's order..
The abuse of grace by persons that call themselves Christians is abundant and shows that many Christians seem to live without a conscie.
