Top 10 poorest countries in Europe
In this video we present you the 10 poorest countries in Europe.

This list is created according to the data of GDP (using the average of the last three years as measured by purchasing power parity) and the percentage of the poor population.
Romania – Romania is the richest of the 10 poorest European countries on this list. Although a member of the European Union, a large part of the population lives in extreme poverty, especially in rural areas.
Bulgaria – Bulgaria is the poorest country in the European Union. The transition to the capitalist system and later, early entry into the European Union, have not helped to this country. Bulgaria is one of the oldest countries in the world was founded in the year 681.
Belarus – Belarus in recent years, has economic growth but still the poverty rate is still high. The country is far from all the European standards not even demonstrate the will to do that. The future of this country is surely to be a part of Russia.
Macedonia – The only satisfaction for the Macedonians from the former Yugoslavia could be that they are not the worst in the region. Things look even worse if we look at the problems with the Greek because of name and problems with the Albanians.
Serbia – Serbian on the fifth mijestu is a reality but the numbers do not show improvement than decline. If we remember that 30 years ago, countries like Romania and Bulgaria, watched on Serbia, like far more developed then definitely something is not right.
Albania – Sometimes convincingly the poorest and the most closed country in Europe, is now on a par with countries which had been far more developed. Travel to EU membership will be long and difficult but space for the optimistic, exist.
Bosnia and Herzegovina – This state obviously does not work and they need major changes. States with poor industry, divided into two entities, the 10 cantons simply can not function. Having so many administration would not be able to withstand even the richer countries.
Ukraine - Ukraine has large natural resources, but is technologically underdeveloped. Turning towards European integration has led to war, because of which not be able to recover for a long time and it is questionable and the preservation of the integrity of the state.

Moldova – In the past, rich Soviet republic is now very poor. Moldova is the last European country where the communists returned to government. Even if mention the self-proclaimed state Transnistria inside Moldova, this country does not have a nice future.
Kosovo – The youngest country in Europe. Formerly an autonomous province of Republic of Serbia in the Yugoslav era, and then was poorest territories. Internationally is not fully recognized by all the member states of the United Nations.

I am from Bulgaria and i think that our country will be out of this top 10 soon :)  I think Bulgaria and Romania are getting better and better every year .

9)Greece(they still have a big gdp per capita but only on paper, in reality 50% of greeks youth is unemployed, they can't pay their debts etc)

These countries aren't really what you would call 3rd world undeveloped countries, they are developed like all countries in Europe but when you compare them to other European countries there're obviously not as wealthy.
I think that's what this video is trying to tell us.

I live in romania anf its not that bad. Only some vollages look that bad. Other than that it.s a decent country even doe there are a lot of poor people here. At least its getting better

Bulgaria was founded in 681. Great Bulgaria was founded about 300 years earlier. Bulgarians as people have history 2 000 yeares before Christ.

I remember when I was in Bulgaria on Holidays there were a lot of hotels where people worked, but there were also many families who were searching in trash for food. Very sad :(
